All items submitted to Rokarh undergo a multi-point inspection upon receipt at our facility. The initial AI-generated offer is an estimate based on the information you provide. The final offer may be adjusted up or down based on physical inspection findings. We reserve the right to reject any item that does not match its description, shows signs of undisclosed damage, or fails our verification process. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Rokarh takes counterfeiting seriously. All items undergo authenticity verification appropriate to their category. We use a combination of AI analysis, physical inspection, and third-party authentication services when necessary. If an item is determined to be counterfeit or a replica during inspection, the offer will be voided. The item will be returned to the sender, or, where required by law, may be retained and reported to the appropriate authorities. Our AI valuation system will never claim an item is authentic. All pre-inspection statements use language such as "appears consistent with" and are subject to final verification.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies. All electronics are checked against IMEI and serial number databases for stolen property reports. By submitting an item, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner and have the legal right to sell the item. Submission of stolen goods is a criminal offense and will be reported to law enforcement. Rokarh reserves the right to hold any item suspected of being stolen property and to cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

For electronic devices (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.), all activation locks (iCloud, Google FRP, Samsung account, etc.) must be removed before shipping. Items received with active locks will not be eligible for the quoted offer. You will be notified and given 7 days to provide unlock instructions. If the lock cannot be removed, the item will be returned at your expense or a significantly reduced offer may be made. Carrier-locked devices are accepted but will receive a lower offer than unlocked equivalents.

After your item has been received, inspected, and finalized, you have the option to buy it back after 90 days (or the configured window period). The buyback price is calculated as: Buyback Price = Cash Paid + Storage Fee + Handling Fee + Appreciation Buffer (if applicable) The exact buyback price is shown in your dashboard once your order is finalized. This price is locked in for the duration of the buyback window. IMPORTANT: If the item is sold to a third party before your buyback window opens, the buyback option becomes permanently unavailable. This possibility is clearly communicated at the time of offer acceptance. We make reasonable efforts to retain items during the buyback window, but this is not guaranteed.

All offers are generated by our AI valuation system and represent conservative quick-sale liquidation values, not retail prices. The offer formula considers: - Category-specific advance rates - Estimated costs (shipping, processing, testing, platform operation) - Risk buffers based on item risk assessment Offers are valid for 48 hours from generation. After acceptance, you have 7 days to ship the item. Failure to ship within this period will void the offer. The final offer after physical inspection may differ from the initial AI estimate. You will be notified of any adjustments and can choose to accept the revised offer or have the item returned.
